One of the many reasons why I love my job
My friend posted this story on her blog and I just had to share, it was too cool...

There is a family in the NICU that I have become particularly close to. She has shared some very spiritual experiences with me about the birth of this little boy and also her faith as she has gone through this trial.
I had this baby for several consecutive days and I watched as this baby became sicker and sicker and sicker. I ran into the mother another day and as I gave her a hug, she just sobbed. She told me that she had had confirmations that things were going to be okay but that she hadn't had these confirmations recently.
Then, I went to work yesterday and she came to me with a big smile on her face that I will never forget. She told me that she had asked Heavenly Father for some indication that He was taking care of their little boy. Later that same day, her sister was there visiting and felt that she needed to take some pictures with her phone. She did. One picture, in particular that she took was this one.
The significance of it is that no one was near the baby at the time of the picture. She also showed me a picture taken from the same phone of a nurse with her hand on top of the baby and it is a clear difference.
Gives you the chills huh? Every time I look at that picture I remember that angels are among us and that they are watching out for each and every one of us.

If you know me very well then you know i am a BIG Dr.Laura fan i have all her book on tape or CD and i listen to them a lot. This picture shows it all Talon and Drayton ripped the tape apart and played with it all day it was kinda funny.but i have to say i am way sad i cant listen to it any more..

Terrible 2's

In the last two weeks talon has been in to everything.
first the jaw breaker as you can see.
then it was the paint yes i said paint.

I was in the shower when Drayton came in telling me talon made a mess but mom it look s pretty i didn't think it could be that bad. i was so wrong he had climbed up on top of the entertainment center and got the PINK paint he had it everywhere from the bottom of the stairs into my bed room. i called the carpet cleaning place and they came right out but as far as the paint coming out it didn't happen. the plus side i get new flooring.

The newest thing in our lives!!

Bryson turned eight last month so he now gets to go to scouts he loves it.

Today talon wanted to brush his teeth i gave him his toothbrush and went out of the room i had forgot about him after five min i went back to check on him and this is what i found talon butt naked in the sink Lol.. What a cute kid

Snowboarding

This weekend we went snowboarding with my sisters and there family's. We took Bryson with us he loved it. I explained to him how to do it and down the mountain he went all by him self. He loves it. And now that we are home he keeps bugging us to take him again so we found a hill that he can snowboard down that is right by our house him and Jamin go and have so much fun...

Talon's Birthday

It seems like yesterday that i had this little guy. He is now two and what a joy in our lives he has been.He make us laugh every day with something he has said or done.and he is always in to something or another. Tal we love you Happy Birthday!!!

Ice Skating in 9 degrees

For Christmas we went down to st.George after that we went to price. My big sister Kristen had the hole weekend planed out here are the pic of us ice skating it was freezing 9 degrees... HOLY SHIT!!!
